★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the customer service here of utmost annoyance. The first time I brought a charm and chain to fix, the man working recommended to me to buy a new silver chain-I had the charm there so he could clearly see the size and what I needed. At the end I took it home, the charm wouldn't go on, and the next day I took it to return it they wouldn't accept it and I could only have a buono/coupon ti use in store. I'm annoyed as it was his fault for not helping me carefully, and then the woman gave great attitude when I tried to state this. At the end I only went back to use that coupon and they still charged me more even though they were the ones at fault. Will not be going back and I would recommend going elsewhere especially if you're looking to repair. Italy is disappointing.
