A	Andrea Castoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO Ho comprato in questo negozio un regalo di natale in data 22 dicembre e mi è stato detto che era possibile la sostituzione entro 7 giorni dall'acquisto così come scritto sulla ricevuta fiscale. Mi sono recato al negozio nei giorni 27 - 28 -29 ed in tutti i giorni il negozio era chiuso per inventario senza la possibilità di parlare e chiedere informazioni a nessuno. Ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente mah la linea sembra chiusa ( il telefono non squilla nemmeno) e non vi è nessun disco che parli di riaperture o che dia le informazioni necessarie per i cambi merce. Credo che sia proprio un atteggiamento arrogante e strafottente chiudere subito dopo le festività natalizie in quanto il cambio merce è , se si può dire, "di routine" e per di più si tratta di comportamento ingannevole in quanto al momento dell'acquisto mi avevano garantito il cambio entro 7 gg (quindi entro il gg 29/12) , travisando il fatto che il negozio chiudeva. In conclusione...stateci alla larga!!! BAD I bought a Christmas present in this shop on December 22nd and I was told that the replacement was possible within 7 days of purchase as written on the tax receipt. I went to the shop on 27-28-28 days and every day the shop was closed for inventory without the possibility of speaking and asking anyone for information. I tried to contact them by phone but the line seems closed (the phone does not even ring) and there is no disc that talks about reopening or that gives the necessary information for the exchange of goods. I think it is really an arrogant and arrogant attitude to close immediately after the Christmas holidays as the exchange of goods is, if you can say, "routine" and moreover it is deceptive behavior since at the time of purchase they had guaranteed me the change within 7 days (then within 29/12), misrepresenting the fact that the shop closed. In conclusion ... stay away !!!

Sorpresa al avevano venduto l'articolo da me richiesto, naturalmente non disponibile da ordinare dato che per tempistiche mi serviva li a pochi giorni ?non si fa così A disappointment, little professionalism! Mi hanno regalato un bracciale per il mio compleanno e mi hanno dato lo scontrino non fiscale per effettuare il cambio. Sfortunatamente i miei amici si sono dimenticati di dirmi che il cambio aveva valore solo per una settimana. Non c’e scritto da nessuna parte sullo scontrino non fiscale che io avevo in mano, così mi presento in negozio e una commessa , con fare anche un po’ di sufficienza mi dice che essendo passato troppo tempo (meno di un mese!!) non e’ piu possibile fare il cambio con un altro bracciale per motivi di fatturazione. Vedendomi titubante mi invita a riprovare il giorno dopo parlando con la titolare. Ok, mi presento il giorno dopo (non abito vicino ...quindi sacrificando anche buona parte del mio tempo libero), e la titolare mi risponde allo stesso modo e con lo stesso tono. Impossibile cambiare un braccialetto se passa una settimana dall’acquisto. Scusate se io non sono di Limbiate, se magari viaggio per lavoro e non ho la reattività di una settimana per cambiare un braccialetto da 32 euro. Morale: niente cambio, regalo rovinato, e tempo buttato. Vi farò sicuramente una buona pubblicità. grazie ancora. bad shop of little courtesy and availability. It is impossible to change a bracelet if a week has passed since purchase. Sorry if I'm not from Limbiate, if maybe I'm traveling for work and I don't have the responsiveness of a week to change a 32 euro bracelet. Moral: no change, spoiled gift, and time wasted. I will certainly make you a good advertisement. Thanks again.

Sono stata questa mattina 07/03/2020 una commessa hai fatto il pacchetto regalo orribile, ho questo di cambiare il fiocco perchè si trattava di un regalo maschile è questa commessa mi ha detto che si non mi piaceva per fare uno meglio a casa. INCREDIBILE... IN FATTI HO DOVUTO FARE UNO MEGLIO A CASA.... NON TORNERò MAI PIù... RUDE STAFF !!!!
