Comprato anello di fidanzamento nella taglia "standard" che era esposta, sapendo che fosse troppo grande ma con la promessa che in 2 settimane sarebbe stato rifatto nuovo su misura corretta, nel mentre avrei dato alla mia ragazza quello grande. Ci hanno messo 6 settimane invece di 2. In più non mi era stato specificato che quello in taglia "sbagliata" non sarebbe mai potuto essere indossato, ma al momento della richiesta di cambio taglia hanno bloccato l'anello con un'etichetta per non poterlo mettere. Dulcis in fundo al momento del ritiro dell'anello nuovo (ci è andata la mia ragazza) glielo hanno dato con tanto di etichetta di prezzo attaccata, e alla sua osservazione "Sarebbe il mio anello di fidanzamento" la commessa neanche ha capito e si è limitata a complimentarsi con lei. Se per sbaglio non avesse visto il prezzo, comunque, la commessa si è assicurata che ne fosse a conoscenza scambiando lo scontrino regalo di cui era in possesso con uno scontrino con prezzo in vista. Non ho parole. Bad experience. Bought an engagement ring in the "standard" size that was on display, knowing it was too big but with the promise that in 2 weeks it would be remade new to the correct size, while I would give my girlfriend the big one. It took them 6 weeks instead of 2. If by mistake she hadn't seen the price, however, the saleswoman made sure she knew about it by exchanging the gift receipt she was in possession of for a receipt with a price in sight. INA ,una persona squisita , educata ,gentile e discreta che si è subito resa disponibile con una sostituzione nonostante io non avessi acquistato nel suo negozio ,davvero una di quelle persone che vorresti sempre avere d'altra parte durante gli acquisti. Vista la paura.... non era impresa facile. Ma sono stati molto bravi e li abbiamo fatti serenamente. Usano 2 pistole in contemporanea e hanno molta pazienza. Lo consiglio per le bambine! Staff very precise and very patient to pierce the ears. Today my nine year old daughter and her little friend made them here. Given the fear .... it was not an easy task. But they were very good and we did them peacefully. They use 2 guns at the same time and have a lot of patience. I recommend it for little girls!

Gli ori e i diamanti sono i migliori amici di una donna,qui da Stroili ogni gioiello è una piccola scultura, però è una vera ingiustizia avere solo dieci dita per i magnifici anelli,un collo per le bellissime collanine e due braccia per gli indimenticabili braccialetti e orologi che sono esposti in questo bel negozio. Ricordatevi sempre che le mani parlano e tutto ciò che indossate saranno i vostri punti esclamativi.Brave, simpatiche e carine le commesse nel dare consigli e come indossarli... Negozio pulito e ben curato?✨✨✨?????? ... Marilyn Monroe was right.
