★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ha accolti con competenza e massima gentilezza la signora Manuela nel punto vendita presente nel centro commerciale "La Mongolfiera" di Taranto. C'è stato un contrattempo tecnico legato alla linea internet ma si è risolto abbastanza velocemente e siamo riusciti a vedere il progetto della scrivania richiesta. Sono piacevolmente soddisfatta.
Mrs. Manuela welcomed us with competence and utmost kindness in the store in the "La Mongolfiera" shopping center in Taranto. There was a technical glitch related to the internet line but it was resolved quite quickly and we were able to see the requested desk project. I am pleasantly satisfied.

Passiamo ora alla consulente, Manuela, che ci ha guidato nella nostra scelta con professionalità e umanità, carpendo le nostre esigenze di giovane famiglia. È stata presente soprattutto nel post-vendita, lavorando per noi nonostante il contratto fosse già stato firmato (circostanza non affatto comune!). Ci ha spiegato tutto, senza lasciarci sorprese. Encomiabile! Consiglio l'azienda e soprattutto la consulente.
We bought the room for our 2 children. The furniture and workmanship are of quality. Delivery and assembly were carried out quickly and efficiently. Let's now pass to the consultant, Manuela, who guided us in our choice with professionalism and humanity, understanding our needs as a young family. She was mainly present in the after-sales, working for us despite the fact that the contract had already been signed (not at all common!). He explained everything to us, without leaving us surprised. Commendable! I recommend the company and above all the consultant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' vergognoso chiedere agli acquirenti il saldo dei mobili ancor prima della consegna, il non smaltimento dei cartoni e arredatori completamente inadeguati. Ho ordinato una cameretta ad Ottobre e ad oggi non è ancora completa per errori dell'arredatore che non è in grado di prendere misure e tantomeno di scrivere una bolla di ordine.
sono estremamente deluso , non comprerò' mai più dalla vostra azienda e vi farò cattiva pubblicità.
It is shameful to ask buyers for the balance of the furniture even before delivery, the non-disposal of cartons and completely inadequate decorators. I ordered a bedroom in October and to date it is not yet complete due to errors of the interior designer who is unable to take measurements and even less to write an order form.
I am extremely disappointed, I will never buy from your company again and will give you bad publicity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nostro primo approccio con la Sig.ra Stefania è avvenuto in videochiamata e fin dal primo istante siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti! Ha realizzato la cameretta che volevamo, immedesimandosi in noi e rispettando a pieno le nostre esigenze.
Purtroppo nel trasporto un anta si è danneggiata ma provvederanno alla sostituzione (capita)!
Un altro feedback positivo va al Sig. Domenico (colui che ha montato la cameretta) che è stato a dir poco eccellente...
Il nostro feed complessivamente è positivo!
Our first approach with Ms. Stefania took place via video call and from the very first moment we were fully satisfied! He created the bedroom we wanted, identifying with us and fully respecting our needs.
Unfortunately a door was damaged during transport but they will replace it (it happens)!
Another positive feedback goes to Mr. Domenico (the one who set up the bedroom) who was nothing short of excellent ...
