Davide e Mina sono gentili,disponibili e cortesi,faccio volentieri 30km per acquistare da loro! Since the opening of my baby's birth list, I feel very comfortable in Cesare Battisti's headquarters. Consegna puntuale e personale cortese, addirittura sono anche ritornati due volta al mio domicilio (18km circa) dal punto vendita. Nota dolente, 1000 metri quadri d’esposizione una sola addetta vendite, poverina si divide per tre negozi. Con moglie in attesa di due gemelli venivamo sballottolati(agosto 30 gradi all ombra)da un punto vendita all’altro. Arriviamo al dunque, nella consegna mancano due cose di poco valore ma importantissime, mi assicurano che sarebbero arrivate in settimana ma nulla anzi ho aspettato un mese. Vado di persona in negozio, chiedo ciò che mancava e mi rispondono che sono in magazzino, e che però in quel momento non c era nessuno per poterli prendere. Insomma ad oggi ancora non ho notizie di questi benedetti ganci. Prossimi acquisti in altri punti vendita oppure on Line. Scarsissimi! Innegabile la professionalità, l'ampio assortimento e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Mi trovo veramente bene, hanno tutto ciò ke serve ad una donna incinta, ad una neomamma e per bambini con prodotti dalla nascita a quando diventeranno più grandi. Ora ci vado x la mia seconda figlia e se in una sede non hanno disponibilità di qualcosa chiamami nell'altra sede x vedere se c'è... Nn si esce MAI a mani vuote!!! Poco più di un anno dopo l'acquisto buco una ruota, mi reco presso il punto vendita e mi viene detto che per evitare di combinare guai mi sarebbe convenuto portarlo da Marangiolo! Dopo poco si blocca anche il freno. Epilogo: ad oggi il mio passeggino è in garanzia ma nessuno è in grado di riparare la ruota neanche a pagamento. Mille euro da buttare nel gabinetto. Signor titolare o chi per lei, ho visto che risponde alle recensioni negative, con me non lo faccia perché parleremo di persona... Il personale ti accoglie e ti spiega tutto, consigliandoti al meglio. Il negozio è molto fornito, per quanto riguarda il trio, hanno molte aziende, per tutte le tasche e per tutti i gusti, Vito, uno dei dipendenti, ci ha consigliato al meglio spiegandoci minuziosamente tutte le caratteristiche di ogni azienda. Anche Barbara è sempre disponibile e preparata nel rispondere ad ogni dubbio ed ad ogni esigenza. Anche la ragazza bionda, di cui non ricordo il nome, che vedo spesso nel reparto abbigliamento è molto gentile, dolce e disponibile. Insomma posso dire che tutto il personale sia eccellente. Il sig. Fedele è un’istituzione del settore e Vito, il figlio, è sempre bendisposto cercando di accontentare ogni richiesta con pazienza! Perché con dei nuovi genitori sono certa che ci vuole davvero molta ma molta pazienza. Mi dispiace di aver letto alcuni commenti negativi, onestamente la nostra esperienza è più che positiva, consiglierò il punto vendita a chiunque mi chieda un consiglio e ci tornerò per ogni cosa anche perché da loro trovi di tutto anche ciò di cui non pensavi di aver bisogno. Insomma mi sento di dire grazie ad io bimbo ed a tutto il suo staff per aver reso la nostra prima esperienza bellissima, per i consigli, per l’aiuto e la pazienza.
