Shop with refined and particular 0-16 garments, some really wonderful. When I want to give my daughter an afternoon of shopping, or for a gift, Zucchero Filato is a must! Friendly and helpful owner and staff, ready to suggest and advise you, according to your needs.

Abbiamo acquistato un abito per il battesimo, purtroppo abbiamo annullato la cerimonia e abbiamo chiesto la gentilezza al negozio di poterlo cambiare con altri vestiti. La signora ha subito buttato le mani pensando volessimo soldi indietro e che l’abito l’avessimo già utilizzato, non ci hanno nemmeno dato modo di spiegare la situazione che subito siamo stati aggrediti.
Mi dispiace di aver subito un trattamento del genere, sicuramente non consiglierei a nessuno di recarsi da loro se non migliorano.
Bad service and zero courtesy. We bought a christening gown, unfortunately we canceled the ceremony and asked the shop to kindly change it for other clothes. The lady immediately threw her hands thinking we wanted money back and that we had already used the dress, they didn't even give us a way to explain the situation that we were immediately attacked.
I am sorry for having undergone such treatment, I certainly would not recommend anyone to go to them if they do not improve.
