★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto qualità/prezzo dei prodotti buona. Vasto assortimento di modelli e ampia gamma di taglie. Un ottimo punto di riferimento per rifare il proprio guardaroba. Camerini puliti è quasi sempre liberi. Forse la merce va esposta meglio.
 Good quality / price ratio of the products. Vast assortment of models and wide range of sizes. An excellent reference point to redo your wardrobe. Clean fitting rooms is almost always free. Perhaps the goods should be exhibited better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn sono soddisfatta del personale che sta in cassa, ho chiesto un pacchetto regalo e mi è stato chiesto un contributo in danaro,va bene, poi mi è stato chiesto un importo abbastanza alto rispetto a quello che pensavo io. Una volta riscontrata la differenza mi vogliono fare un buono, io ho insistito x avere il danaro. Ma nn ho avuto uno scontrino per controllare cosa ho comprato nn so i vari articoli quanto costano.
I am not satisfied with the staff at the cash desk, I asked for a gift package and I was asked for a contribution in money, okay, then I was asked a fairly high amount compared to what I thought. Once I found the difference, they wanted to make me a voucher, I insisted on having the money. But I didn't have a receipt to check what I bought or how I buy the various items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato OVS abbigliamento donna e sono rimasta un po' delusa. Rispetto ad un po'di tempo fa ho trovato la qualità del vestiario scadente. Il personale poco disponibile.
I visited OVS women's clothing and was a little disappointed. Compared to a while ago I found the quality of the clothing poor. Unhelpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato dei capi intimi per bambini, il cartello indicava a partire da..... ma il prodotto non stava su quel carello o meglio su 200 capi stava solo un capo di quell'offerta di taglia piccola e fuori stagione inoltre nello stand dei body per bambini indicava 2 body €... tre body €.... ma anche qui quell'offerta inesistente. purtroppo quando ho chiesto informazioni sul perché le offerte non corrispondevano ai capi esposti il personale è stato evasivo e poco soddisfacente nelle spiegazioni....in poche parole mi sono sentita presa in giro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi in questo negozio ovs,premetto che negli anni scorsi ho acquistato diversi capi .Credo ci sia stato un cambiamento di gestione,il precedente gestore era cortese ,cordiale e disponibile,quello attuale alquanto scontroso, nel negozio l 'aria condizionata funzionava poco e male,tanto da farci scappare letteralmente dal suddetto negozio,arrivati alla cassa abbiamo chiesto notizie del climatizzatore se fosse rotto ci è stato risposto che funzionava perfettamente e che eravamo noi a avere caldo,si aggiunga il fatto che sono cambiati i prodotti e che i saldi non sono veri saldi .A voi le conclusioni. Credo che abbiano perso un cliente che viene da fuori ,che periodicamente veniva e spendeva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono entrato non per l'OVS ma per la iperFamila che si trova all'interno dell'OVS ed esattamente nel piano sotterraneo quindi la mia valutazione è per Magazzini Famila l'ho trovata pulita ben organizzata prezzi qualità buone al pari della DOK praticamente stessi prodotti il cassiere gentile e cortese Carrelli puliti all'60 % per cui la mia valutazione trascurando i carrelli, è 4 stelle buono
I entered not for the OVS but for the iperFamila which is located inside the OVS and exactly in the basement so my evaluation is for Magazzini Famila I found it clean well organized prices good quality like DOK practically the same products the kind and courteous cashier 60% clean carts so my rating neglecting the carts, is 4 stars good
