Date spazio a chi ha voglia di lavorare!!! Tutte le ragazze bravissime, super gentilissime e professionali, invece non so se è una commessa o la proprietaria una signora bionda di una acidità unica! Ho acquistato un capo, che ho dovuto cambiare, anziché farlo in 1 settimana l ho fatto dopo 13 giorni, non ero stata attenta ai tempi del cambio. Ero in negozio già a provare i capi e questa signora in maniera molto aspra mi ha detto che in via del tutto eccezionale mi avrebbe fatto il cambio ma solo se lo facevo molto velocemente e non dovevo stare a provare e vedere come stavo facendo...... Questo succede quando mettono signore che non sanno che significa PROFESSIONALITÀ! RISULTATO:in quel negozio non ci entrerò più! e forse alla "signora" andrebbe spiegato che da un cambio possono nascere altre opportunità di vendita! Infatti io dovevo non solo fare il cambio ma anche altri acquisti, così come le altre 2 persone che erano con me........ Quando poi ha saputo che volevo comprare altro allora voleva riparare..... IMPARATE che non è importante solo la vendita, ma anche il dopo, anche un cambio... Alla vendita fiori x terra, al cambio pesci in faccia! Cmq abbiamo comprato tanto altro in altri negozi quella mattina tutte e 3!!! Ecco cosa si è persa! Forse è meglio se quel negozio lo gestiscono le commesse che ci sono! Mi riferisco solo al negozio di viale Liguria, perché in quello di via Campania invece la signora è sempre sempre super gentile! Unfortunately not everyone knows how to be in contact with the public. I bought a garment, which I had to change, instead of doing it in 1 week I did it after 13 days, I hadn't been attentive to the timing of the change. This happens when they put ladies who don't know what PROFESSIONALISM means! RESULT: in that store I won't go in anymore! and perhaps the "lady" should be explained that other sales opportunities can arise from a change! In fact I had to not only make the change but also other purchases, as well as the other 2 people who were with me ........ When he knew that I wanted to buy more then he wanted to repair ..... LEARN that not only the sale is important, but also the after, even a change ... At the sale of flowers for land, at the change fish in the face! Anyway we bought so much more in other stores that morning all 3 !!! Here's what's lost! Perhaps it is better if the shop manages the orders that are there! I am referring only to the shop in Viale Liguria, because in that of Via Campania instead the lady is always always super nice!

Very stocked and tidy with distribution of perfect clothing colors ..... it is impossible to enter and leave the shop without having bought anything .... ???
