★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprendo l’orario di chiusura e rispetto il personale stanco dopo una giornata di lavoro, ma essere dentro il punto vendita , uscire un istante per recuperare il portafogli dalla macchina per poi vedersi negare l’accesso in maniera ferma e inderogabile anche dopo aver spiegato la situazione mi sembra scorretto e maleducato.
Preciso anche che per raggiungere il punto vendita ho fatto 160 km tra andata e ritorno.

I understand the closing time and respect the tired staff after a day of work, but being inside the store, going out for a moment to retrieve the wallet from the machine and then being denied access in a firm and mandatory manner even after having explained the situation seems to me incorrect and rude.
I also specify that to reach the store I traveled 160 km there and back.
