★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e incompetenza. Entrata in negozio 15 minuti prima della chiusura ore 17.45 (da ordinanza comunale in periodo covid) vengo addocchiata in malo modo. Dopo 5 minuti a fissare I prodotti in vetrina senza che nessuno mi si sia avvicinato per chiedere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mi permetto di prendere un paio di prodotti per chiedere informazioni e vengo ripresa perche' non avrei dovuto avvicinarmi alla vetrina. Successivamente vengo invitata a visitare il secondo piano del negozio, scelgo il prodotto non posso pagare con bancomat per via dell'importo esiguo. Cerco di procurarmi contante mentre vengo invitata a lasciare il negozio ormai in orario di chiusura. Con l'indicazione di bussare una volta procurato il contante per terminare l'acquisto. Busso alle 18.10 e mi viene risposto che non e'possibile procedere con l'acquisto perche' passato l'orario di chiusura non possono emettere scontrino!!!! Allucinante! Mai ricevuto trattamento peggiore. Vergognatevi!!
Rudeness and incompetence. Entering the shop 15 minutes before closing at 5.45 pm (by municipal ordinance in the covid period) I am appalled in a bad way. After 5 minutes staring at the products in the window without anyone approaching me to ask if I needed anything, I take the liberty of taking a couple of products to ask for information and I am taken back because I shouldn't have approached the window. Later I am invited to visit the second floor of the shop, I choose the product I cannot pay with an ATM due to the small amount. I try to get cash as I am invited to leave the shop which is now closing time. With the indication to knock once the cash has been obtained to complete the purchase. I knock at 18.10 and I am told that it is not possible to proceed with the purchase because after closing time they cannot issue a receipt !!!! Hallucinating! Never got worse treatment. Shame on you!!
