Seconda consegna dopo 3 mesi e molti solleciti con tutto quanto arrivato ERRATO o peggio ancora MANCANTE. Riscontri alle lamentele sempre molto distaccati. Sono ancora in attesa di avere (4 mesi dopo) la cameretta completa che fra l'altro e ovviamente è pagata già per intero. Casa invasa dai mobili consegnati errati la prima volta e tenuti in attesa di scambio con quelli che, chissà quando arriveranno. Unica cosa a salvarsi è stata la cortesia della ragazza in sede di progettazione e dei montatori incolpevoli sugli errori evidenziati. First delivery with scratched / chipped furniture and wrong bookcase (deck and not wall as requested) plus absence of internal shelves provided in the module. Second delivery after 3 months and many reminders with everything arriving WRONG or even worse MISSING. Feedback to complaints always very detached. I am still waiting to have (4 months later) the complete bedroom which among other things and obviously is already paid in full. House invaded by furniture delivered incorrectly the first time and kept awaiting exchange with those who, who knows when they will arrive. The only thing to be saved was the courtesy of the girl in the design phase and of the editors who were innocent of the errors highlighted.

Dopo le consuete procedure legate alle misure definitive ed i bonifici di acconto e saldo, tutto è proceduto nei tempi da noi richiesti e la cameretta è stata consegnata e montata rapidamente. Siamo veramente soddisfatti della qualità dei materiali e in caso di necessità future torneremo sicuramente ad acquistare c/o questo negozio. Auguri di buon anno e buon lavoro a tutto lo staff. Esposizione al quanto soddisfacente anche perché hanno tutta la gamma colori in esposizione, ti fanno girare con calma e serenità , l’arredatore che ci ha seguito si è presentato, rivelato molto professionale e davvero molto preparato, Beppe, ha trovato la soluzione ai nostri problemi! Prezzi in linea, nulla a che vedere con gli altri competitor, lontani anni luce !!! Hanno consegnato con 5 gg di anticipo, un consiglio, CHIEDERE NON COSTA NULLA! davvero molto soddisfatti!! Ammettiamo di aver girato e nessuno ci ha dato l’assistenza e le attenzioni che si dovrebbero! Abbiamo scelto loro perché sono stati trasparenti, senza fronzoli e ovviamente anche la soluzione migliore!!! Ieri hanno montato e mancava una maniglia, e hanno già inoltrato la richiesta per la maniglia, arriverà entro fine settimana prossima mezzo Traco!???? Se desiderate classe, educazione, soddisfazione e sopratutto soluzioni ve lo consiglierei! Altri competitor non ci hanno assistito come l’hanno fatto loro!
