★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente abituale e solitamente mi trovo bene. Capisco possa capitare che i magazzinieri siano stanchi e ciò possa incidere sulla cortesia verso il cliente. Però ho trovato davvero sgarbato (da cliente abituale, seppur piccolo, ormai da diversi anni) vedermi rifiutare la possibilità di acquistare circa 20 lattine (dopo aver premesso che ne prendevo così poche per mancanza di spazio in macchina) perché una spesa così bassa non giustificava il fastidio di emettere fattura.
I am a regular customer and I usually feel comfortable. I understand that it can happen that the warehouse workers are tired and this can affect the courtesy towards the customer. But I found it really rude (as a regular customer, albeit a small one, for several years now) to see me refuse the possibility of buying about 20 cans (after premising that I took so few because of lack of space in the car) because such a low expense did not justify the hassle of issuing an invoice.
