Oggi dopo 2 mesi si è accesa la spia del freno a mano color rosso, si devono sostituire batterie, le pasticche dei freni e il liquido dei freni. Ho chiamato piu volte il referente commerciale ma non risponde al telefono, Dovro risolvere tutto a mie spese ...Molto fumo e niente arrosto!!! Non consigliato. Purchased BMW X1 sDrive 2000d. Da quando lo pressa è stata più tempo ferma lì da loro in officina ed i problemi ancora ci sono . Ed ogni volta è stata ferma circa 10 giorni per poi riprenderla e fare pochi km e ri state sempre con i problemi e senza macchina non o parole come lavora questa concessionaria ????? Vado a chiedere informazioni per una X5 dando in permuta la mia auto, prendiamo accordi su tutto e il venditore mi dice che comunque, se riesco a vendere la mia auto per conto mio, è meglio . Vendo la mia auto, lo riferisco al concessionario e mi danno la data per il ritiro. Dopo circa un mese non sentendo nessuno richiamo e mi dicono che non mi danno più la macchina perché ho venduto la mia è che L X5 è stata venduta!!! Più di un mese a piedi e disagi a non finire!!un marchio così prestigioso rovinato da personaggi disonesti e per nulla professionali. Vergognoso The worst driving experience of my life! Sono 3 mesi che chiamo e staccano il telefono in faccia Ora sono tramite avvocato per truffa Banda di ladri, scortesi e maleducati Diffidate da loro!!! F	Francesca Piri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Succede che a gennaio 2017 decido di acquistare una Mini Cooper dalla Monaco Motors di Cisterna di Latina e dopo aver fatto più di 500 chilometri sicura della fiducia riposta in una concessionaria che sembrava importante e prestigiosa succede che sbrigati gli incartamenti di rito ritiro l’auto e mi metto subito al volante per rientrare in Puglia. Succede quindi che dopo appena un centinaio di chilometri la macchina muore-fonde il motore- è da buttare! Non parlo delle 2 ore trascorse ad aspettare il carro attrezzi in autostrada a -4gradi da sola. E dell’auto morta dico che poteva succedere, ha fatto il suo corso, anche se in diverse telefonate mi avevano garantito che la macchina era stata revisionata dall’officina della concessionaria e mi garantivano l’usato che stavo acquistando. Succede che la concessionaria revisiona l’auto dal motore fuso e mi contatta per propormi un’auto identica alla prima: colore, anno, chilometraggio... succede che come cliente perdo la fiducia riposta nella concessionaria e decido che rivoglio indietro i miei soldi. Giudice-causa-sentenza. La Monaco Motors non si è mai degnata di presentarsi. Il giudice dispone il sequestro della somma che mi spetta ma dal conto corrente risulta neanche un terzo di quanto mi devono... questa è la mia storia. Si negano tutti al telefono, la scusa è che sono in riunione e se rispondono le centraliniste sono scortesi. Ho perso molto tempo per avere la fattura della macchina corretta. Sconsiglio vivamente. La loro fama, pessima, è conosciuta in tutta Italia. Scappate! Penso comunque che sia stato chiuso, finalmente! Bad customer support. It doesn't even deserve a star. Il tutto molto ben esposto, locali ampi e puliti, personale cordiale e disponibile ma siccome ci sono sempre parecchi clienti bisogna avere un po' di pazienza prima di essere ascoltati....
