I commissioned the installation of the shutters. The result was very bad, they were constantly out of driving. I had to call another installer who solved the problem for me. I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato effettuato e montato sul posto delle finestre ed un cancelletto, perfetti in tutto, lavoro pulito e ben congegnato (altri si erano rifiutati stante la difficolta') con ottima proporzione qualita' prezzo. Consigliato.
I was made and mounted on the spot of the windows and a gate, perfect in all, clean and well thought out work (others had refused because of the difficulty) with excellent proportion quality price. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio segnalare negativamente, l'installazione effettuata in modo approssimativo delle finestre e i relativi vani per il contenimento delle serrande per opera della ditta Ferretti srls nel mio appartamento a Roma.
Gli Infissi sono stati assemblati sul posto e installati con totale assenza di rifiniture, la totale mancanza di simmetrie per i relativi cassonetti, squadri non chiusi, graffi e ammaccature varie.
Un lavoro veramente pessimo per non parlare della mancata installazione di una finestra e la consegna della relativa certificazione pattuita in fase di accordo nel costo totale necessaria per lo sgravio fiscale. La totale presa in giro unitamente alla faccia tosta su un improbabile e presunto futuro per l'ultimazione dei lavori e come ultimo, la chiusura per ogni contatto telefonico dopo l'avvertimento che stavo "giocando con il fuoco" insistendo con le mie proteste.
Dopo poco le finestre dimostravano difficoltà di chiusura.
Non consiglio assolutamente.
I want to report negatively, the approximate installation of the windows and the relative compartments for the containment of the shutters by the firm Ferretti srls in my apartment in Rome.
The fixtures were assembled on site and installed with total absence of finishing, the total lack of symmetries for the relative bins, not closed squares, scratches and various dents.
A really bad job not to mention the failure to install a window and the delivery of the relative certification agreed upon during the agreement in the total cost necessary for the tax relief. The total mockery together with the chutzpah on an unlikely and presumed future for the completion of the work and lastly, the closure for any telephone contact after the warning that I was "playing with fire" by insisting on my protests.
After a while the windows were proving difficult to close.
I absolutely do not recommend.
