Dopo varie telefonate e messaggi WhatsApp all interlocutore con cui ho fatto le pratiche e il montaggio, mi sono recato in negozio e ho parlato direttamente con i proprietario. Gentilissimo che si è preso cura e si è scusato del comportamento del suo dipendente e si è offerto di sistemare l'errore fatto non dipeso da lui. Consiglio di trattare sempre e comunque con il signor Fabrizio e mai con altri dipendenti. The assembly of the air conditioners is wrong .. And then they disappear .. They stop responding .. Bad. Devo anche dire che sono gli unici che mi hanno applicato lo sconto in fattura vero sui prodotti, non come molti altri che applicano delle maggiorazioni prima di farti lo sconto.
