As always BAD SERVICE. They make up deliveries and notices left behind but that's not true. It is impossible to ask for assistance. A shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMBARAZZANTI. Secondo il tracking code pare che la mia corrispondenza sia stata consegnata. Io non ho ricevuto nulla. Chiamo Poste Italiane e mi invita a conttatare il CPO. Contattato almeno una quarantina di volte in tutta la mattinata e non risponde nessuno. Mi chiedo l'utilità di fornire un riferimento telefonico se poi a quest'ultimo nessuno risponde. Che servizio è? Ma sopratutto a cosa serve la tracciabilità di una lettera/pacco se poi non può essere tracciata o ancor peggio consegnata a un destinatario errato? Almeno degnatevi di rispondere.
EMBARASSING. According to the tracking code, it appears that my correspondence has been delivered. I have not received anything. I call Poste Italiane and invites me to contact the CPO. Contacted at least forty times throughout the morning and no one answers. I wonder if it would be useful to provide a telephone reference if no one answers the latter. What service is it? But above all, what is the traceability of a letter / package if it cannot be traced or even worse delivered to an incorrect recipient? At least deign to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un mio pacco risultava consegnato ma io non avevo ricevuto nulla.
Sono andata quindi al CPO e gli addetti allo smistamento sono stati molto gentili e mi hanno recuperato in 3 secondi il pacco che era stato erroneamente passato come consegnato da uno dei loro terminali. Immagino me lo avrebbero consegnato in giornata oggi se non fossi andata io lì.

I then went to the CPO and the sorting staff were very kind and in 3 seconds they recovered the package that had been mistakenly handed over as delivered from one of their terminals. I guess they would have delivered it to me today if I hadn't gone there.

In ritardo per una raccomandata, non rispondo al telefono, passo e mi dicono essere in consegna il giorno dopo.
Non arriva, ovviamente.
Telefono, non rispondono. Passo la settimana dopo di nuovo e mi dicono di non saperne nulla. Nel frattempo il servizio clienti poste mi assicura che é da loro ed é stata anche scannerizzata dal postino.
Di nuovo il CPO asserisce di non averla nemmeno nei sistemi.
Passa un’altra settimana (un mese di ritardo) e viene ufficializzata la denuncia di smarrimento.
Con nessun corriere al mondo mi é mai successo. Ricevo pacchi dalla Cina e da tutto il mondo; non ho mai perso nulla nemmeno quando le spedizione era GRATIS dal Giappone (per dare un termine di paragone).
Siete il peggior servizio di corrispondenza mai visto.

Late for a registered letter, I don't answer the phone, I pass and they tell me to be delivered the next day.
It does not arrive, of course.
Phone, they don't answer. I spend the next week again and they tell me they know nothing. In the meantime, the post office customer service assures me that it is from them and has also been scanned by the postman.
Again the CPO claims that it does not even have it in the systems.
Another week passes (one month late) and the loss report is made official.
With no courier in the world this has ever happened to me. I receive parcels from China and all over the world; I never lost anything even when the shipping was FREE from Japan (for comparison).
You are the worst correspondence service ever.
