Rispondo: punto primo, se io voglio comperare qualcosa cosa sono ? Punto secondo, secondo voi io faccio 30km per scoprire se avete o no un pezzo ? Ma dove vivete ? Punto terzo: se non volete dare prezzo e disponibilità al telefono basta dire "non diamo prezzo ne disponibilità al telefono". Il corollario che c'è stato dietro a questa frase tenetevelo per voi. Punto quarto, non devo chiarire nulla con nessuno, il mio tempo non è gratis. E inoltre non avete scritto nulla a nessuno. Buon fallimento. Gli anni 80 sono finiti. Ho tolto comunque la parola buffoni perché troppo forte, figlia della rabbia momentanea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito e personale preparato peccato che lavorano tutti stando a telefono e ti ignorano al banco.. Peccato anche pur avendo una bella esposizione di prodotti per l'auto i prezzi non sono esposti e tutte le volte devi stare a chiedere il costo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il giorno 13/4 per sapere se era disponibile uno specifico olio motore che presso altro rivenditore non c'era; chi ha risposto è stato scortese, chiedendomi chi fossi e se fossi sicura del tipo di olio (in effetti è un olio di molto recente produzione)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non hai il libretto dell'auto, o ti presenti con il pezzo da cambiare fornendo anno di produzione marca e modello dell'auto, risulta comunque "impossibile" cercare un ricambio specifico. ? Ma quando fanno l'ordine dal fornitore/produttore gli consegnano una pila di copie di libretti di circolazione? Sono rimasto deluso da questo modo di "lavorare". Poi magari vanno a dire in giro che c'è crisi e non riescono a vendere ricambi. ?
