 They do assistance for Italkero products, but they are in a position that if you don't ask for information it's really hard to find them. Otherwise the secretary is kind and helpful.

Il problema l'ho dovuto risolvere io inserendo due spessori di gomma nella parte inferiore del cruscotto. Non posso lamentarmi per l'accoglienza e la cortese disponibilità della segretaria e del personale. La recensione non può, concludendo, essere positiva perché oltre al problema non risolto mi è stato riconsegnato tutte due le volte il veicolo sporco nell'abitacolo e fango nella carrozzeria
I took my auro Volkswagen UP twice as I felt vibrations in the right side of the passenger compartment. I had to solve the problem by inserting two rubber shims in the lower part of the dashboard. I can not complain about the welcome and the courteous availability of the secretary and staff. In conclusion, the review cannot be positive because in addition to the unsolved problem, the vehicle was returned to me both times with dirt in the passenger compartment and mud in the bodywork.
