Offre riparazioni di autoveicoli di tutte le Marche e con tutti i servizi inerenti alla gestione dell'autoveicolo. Ottima ed efficiente organizzazione interna. Autorizzata Citroen, marchio di cui ha esperienza pluriennale. Da migliorare gli spazi di attesa e accettazione del cliente. I prezzi sono nella media del settore. A mio avviso,nel complesso, autofficina molto valida con risoluzione efficace dei problemi degli autoveicoli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco presso questa officina per una sostituzione di molle prevista dalla casa e mi consegnano l'auto che decido di provare anche in autostrada , dopo circa 6 chilometri sento un rumore al posteriore destro, mi reco ai 10 orari alla prima piazzola di sosta e vedo che l'ammortizzatore è uscito dalla sede in quanto non è stato fissato coi bulloni . Ho dovuto telefonare tre volte al titolare per avere assistenza perchè insisteva a dire che dovevo recarmi io in officina col rischio che comportava l'uscita dalla piazzola di sosta tra camion e auto ai 100 orari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci rechiamo con l'auto del mio compagno dopo aver richiesto il preventivo , stabilito in 80 euro per un semplice cambio olio e filtro olio. Ritirano la macchina e la portano fuori dalla visuale. Dopo poco arriva un operaio con il tappo della coppa dell'olio rotto(mai avuto perdite di olio, strano!) Torna con tappo nuovo e dopo circa un oretta non vedendo una fine alla lavorazione il mio compagno cerca di farsi dare qualche informazione e gli viene risposto che stanno facendo la filettatura del tappo per avvitarlo. Passano altri 20 minuti e ancora il nulla!. Dovendosi recare al lavoro comunica che saremo
andati a ritirare l'auto il mattino dopo. L'indomani ritiriamo l'auto e ci ritroviamo con un conto da pagare più che raddoppiato. Ci viene rilasciato un semplice scontrino fiscale. Gli chiamo pochi minuti dopo per farmi rilasciare una ricevuta con lo specifico dei lavori eseguiti e lascio il mio indirizzo email. Non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Aspetterò fino a questa sera poi mi rivolgerò a chi di dovere!
