★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Lascio l'auto il giorno prima e per tutto il giorno dopo non é stata nemmeno vista. Il lavoro infatti, cito testualmente, lo avrebbero fatto "a tempo perso". Bah. A parte questa battuta infelice, se eravate impegnati bastava comunicarlo per telefono (o dal vivo) e sarei venuto un altro giorno.
 Bad experience. I leave the car the day before and all day after it hasn't even been seen. In fact, the job, I quote verbatim, would have done it "in my spare time". Bah. Aside from this unfortunate joke, if you were busy it was enough to communicate it by phone (or live) and I would have come another day.

Operazioni fatte: cambio olio, sostituzione filtro aria abitacolo, pastiglie freni, candele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandoci di passaggio per Modena, il nostro Fiat Ducato ha iniziato a fare dei rumori poco rassicuranti, abbiamo trovato questa officina aperta, dove nonostante l'ora (18:25) hanno subito guardato il mezzo e risolto il problema con rapidità e gentilezza. Ho impostato tra i miei preferiti questa officina, con la speranza di non averne bisogno. Consigliatissima
Finding us passing through Modena, our Fiat Ducato started making noises that were not very reassuring, we found this workshop open, where despite the time (18:25) they immediately looked at the vehicle and solved the problem quickly and kindly. I have set this workshop as one of my favorites, with the hope of not needing it. Highly recommended

Ho risolto brillantemente il problema e in poco tempo grazie all'intervento del giovane responsabile di questa officina.
Ho così proseguito il viaggio e raggiunto la meta desiderata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la macchina a fare il cambio della cinghia di distruzione , il tagliando , la revisione e i 10 controlli presenti sul piano manutenzione mopar per Alfa Romeo .
Inizierei con il dire oltre ai concessionari ufficiali , sono gli unici che aderiscono alla campagna assistenza mopar .
Altro nota positiva è che se notano in avaria o un pezzo usurato prima di cambiarlo in autonomia ti contattano telefonicamente per chiedere autorizzazione a procedere .
Sono inoltre puntuali nei tempi dati per la consegna del veicolo.
Riguardo i prezzi sono assolutamente onesti .
Ho portato l’auto una volta sola per i lavori scritti sopra , sono rimasto soddisfatto, tornerò per i prossimi tagliandi o manutenzioni varie .

I took the car to do the destruction belt change, the service, the overhaul and the 10 checks on the mopar maintenance plan for Alfa Romeo.
I would start by saying in addition to the official dealers, they are the only ones who adhere to the mopar assistance campaign.
Another positive note is that if they notice a damaged or worn part before changing it independently, they will contact you by phone to ask for authorization to proceed.
They are also punctual in the times given for the delivery of the vehicle.
Regarding the prices they are absolutely fair.
I brought the car only once for the works written above, I was satisfied, I will be back for the next servicing or various maintenance.
