Servizio impeccabile, personale efficiente. Di sabato, a metà mattinata, hanno individuato il guasto e riparato lavorando alacremente. Prezzo onestissimo. Fossero tutti così saremmo tutti più felici. GRAZIE!

Ho portato il mio furgone ed e stato letteralmente resuscitato , da allora il mio parco auto lo curano loro , e le auto aziendali (furgone ducato Opel Zafira Citroen Picasso e Fiat Punto ) non le faccio toccare più a nessuno se non a loro, una parola BRAVI!! I prezzi non mi lamento perché quando i mezzi hanno problemi li porto al mattino e alla sera sono già pronti

Mi affido a questa officina da anni per la manutenzione della macchina e li ho sempre apprezzati per la loro disponibilità e onestà. La prima volta portai la mia vecchia C3 che aveva un problema al volante, dopo aver visto vari meccanici che cercavano di farmi cambiare la scatola dello sterzo con una spesa di parecchie centinaia di euro; il titolare di questa officina mi risolse il problema semplicemente sostituendo la batteria. Da allora non ho più cambiato meccanico.

Rispondo al signor Sanchez nonostante non sia solito farlo poiche ho letto parole inesatte e pesanti. Due precisazioni :per fare tali accuse sarebbe stato almeno corretto venire in officina poiché noi abbiamo sempre visto solo la sua compagna. L'unica cosa vera è che abbiamo smaltito i suoi pneumatici esauriti dopo due anni che non la sentivamo La sua compagna ci aveva chiesto di tenerli un attimo nel caso lei li volesse vedere. Per il resto posso solo dire che si può essere insoddisfatti ma essere accusato di disonestà mi sembra inopportuno oltre che falso. Comunque a disposizione per ogni chiarimento. Grazie

Il titolare Maurizio lo conosco dal 2008. Persona fantastica, molto professionale, pignolo, sempre presente sul luogo di lavoro, preparatissimo, disponibilissimo. Se volete che la vs. Auto sia seguita nel migliore dei modi, rivolgetevi a lui.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. NO TRUSTWORTHY. I found this garage as the owner was recommended to me by a common friend as I had just arrived to Modena from the UK. First time I used them was good. They solved a small problem with the electrical rear mirror and was not charged anything. Surely to gain my trust. Next times were average: they could not solve a problem with a debonded internal roof cover despite a couple of visits and noticed a progressive increase of price in every visit for normal repairs. First important hit to my trust came when I brought them the car for an oil change and they changed both front discs and pads without even calling me to ask or show me the used discs (they said they had already disposed of them). At that point I decided not to bring them our cars anymore, however they were keeping our summer tyres in storage. As the winter ended we called them a few times to set an appointment but they never picked the phone and as time passed by we ended up going through the summer without changing them. One year later we found out through the Internet that they had closed the garage we used to go to but still had one open as they apparently had two. When calling them we were given an appointment. As my wife went there she was told they could not find the tyres and that they must had been kept somewhere else they had in storage. She was told she would be called back in a few days but she never was. After a few extra calls they told us that they had THROWN OUR FOUR TYRES AWAY. We could not believe it! They said that the fronts were too used and that the two in the rears were a different speed code left to right. They said they had told us that they would throw them away two years ago BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. We believe they got rid of our tyres because they closed one of the garages and run out of space. Unfortunately it is not common practice in Italy to give a receipt in exchange for the custody of winter tyres so we felt incredibly frustrated that they could just throw them away with us not having any proof that they had even stored them. This is the only thing we can do. Share our story and prevent other users to make the mistake of trusting them. Thank you.
