★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato soggiorno e dopo qualche giorno dal montaggio, il 23 dicembre, le portelle toccano e strisciano tra di loro. Contattati, mi hanno garantito che appena si fossero trovati in zona, avrebbero ottemperato. Ad oggi nulla di quanto pattuito e sono passati mesi. Ha acquistato tutto l'arredo anche mia figlia per il matrimonio. Pattuita la consegna ed avvenuta oggi 19 aprile, ma ahimé siamo positivi al maledetto covid. Li hanno scaricati ma si sono rifiutati di montarli per paura del contagio. Specifico che la casa è una villetta ed è DISABITATA. Si sono spaventati a montarli per il contagio ma per scaricarli NO? Poca serietà e pensare che la conoscenza è datata da oltre 50 anni (con i miei suoceri) e da loro abbiamo acquistato tutti in famiglia e pagato in anticipo... PECCATO!
Purchased living room and a few days after assembly, on December 23rd, the doors touch and crawl between them. Contacted, they guaranteed me that as soon as they were in the area, they would comply. To date nothing of what has been agreed and months have passed. My daughter also bought all the furniture for the wedding. The delivery was agreed and took place today 19 April, but alas we are positive about the damn covid. They downloaded them but refused to mount them for fear of contagion. I specify that the house is a small villa and it is NOT INHABITED. They were scared to mount them for the infection but to download them NO? Little seriousness and to think that the knowledge is dated for over 50 years (with my in-laws) and from them we have all bought in the family and paid in advance ... TOO!
