★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager abused my husband and I for not speaking Italian or German. We speak English, French, Spanish, fluent but this was not good enough as Italian was limited. We wanted to pay with card, which he refused claiming he had to pay 6% to the card co. He told us this was normal in Italy despite the fact we told him we had travelled extensively and this had not been the case in Italy. We had food and drinks but he was not happy we had no desert. Terrible manager. To top it all the kitchen staff carried their bins via the restaurant to clear the rubbish and it was only 8.30pm we all viewed this and smelt this! This was rude, revolting and most important unhygienic. Do not go and get abused by the rude man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor standard of service from unfriendly staff. As a party of four we waited over an hour for our meal. One of us was served and it then took a further 15 minutes for another meal to arrive. The other two dishes took another 10 minutes! Not only poor service, but over-inflated prices, too. Polite complaints were met with rudeness and poor excuses.
The first time in many years that I didn't leave a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the staff was a bit more friendly, it would have been an easy 4 stars. My wife ordered just a soup for lunch and the waiter was actually annoyed that she only ordered soup.
Be aware that you can sit in the main shopping road, but also if you like a bit more quiet seating, you can sit around back where they have a lovely little spot with just a few tables where it's much more relaxed.

Cash only at the end! Credit card was not acceptable!!??
the food couldn't stimulating one’s appetite, and the Rindsgoulasch was a bit tough and lacked flavor.
Very expensive and totally not worth!
If you have enemy or people you hate... I strongly recommend you push them go!
