In den Wochen darauf folgte der Kontakt via Email in denen es sich um das Angebot handelte. In jeder Email wurden andere Konditionen und Lieferbedingungen angegeben, welche sich für mich als potenziellen Kunden immer verschlechterten. Leider nicht sehr seriös und glaubwürdig. Wir haben viele Gartenmöbel und sonstiges beim Rauch gekauft leider müssen wir uns ein anderes Geschäft suchen da wir des öfteren sehr enttäuscht wurden und trotzdem immer wieder was kauften aber diesmal war es das letzte Mal dass wir in das Geschäft gingen. Heute war kein einziger Kunde im Geschäft die 3 Angestellten standen an der Kassa und unterhielten sich über privates. Nachdem uns keiner nach 30 min fragte ob wir was bräuchten verließen wir das Geschäft. Very bad service. We bought a lot of garden furniture and other things from the smoke, unfortunately we have to look for another business because we were often very disappointed and still bought something but this time it was the last time we went to the store. There was not a single customer in the shop today, the 3 employees were at the cash desk and talking about private. After no one asked us after 30 minutes if we needed something we left the shop.

Eine Verkäuferin hat uns dann leider sehr kurz, nicht wirklich freundlich und vorallem nicht nach einer Lösung suchend, abgetan, dass diese Art von Objekten nur in passenden Set zu haben sind. Sehr schade! Have been to your shop twice and without consulting have chosen a table and four chairs, all of which were individually priced.
