Purtroppo in tanti parlano di massima attenzione verso il cliente ed il dettaglio . . .
Ma sono MOLTO pochi quelli che seguono tale principio.
Credo che se si pubblichi il proprio account email nel web site aziendale sarebbe DOVEROSO di destinare 5 secondi a rispondere al proprio interlocutore....., anche per semplice " bon ton " . . .
Direction NOT EXISTING!
Unfortunately, many speak of utmost attention to the customer and detail. . .
But very few people follow this principle.
I believe that if you publish your email account on the company website it would be DUE to spend 5 seconds answering your interlocutor ....., even for simple "bon ton". . .

Abito in Emilia Romagna e ho acquistato i pannelli in fibra di legno di questa azienda. Quello che vorrei fortemente segnalare è un atteggiamento estorsivo in cui l'azienda entra in gioco come parte attiva.
Siamo stati danneggiati dall'accordo tra rappresentanti dell'azienda e posatori poco professionali.
C'è mancanza di controllo nella posa del cappotto, anche se in fase di contrattazione con il posatore viene garantito il controllo dell'azienda produttrice e il rilascio, a garanzia, di un certificato che non abbiamo mai visto. Si potrebbe allora pensare che a truffare sia il posatore, ma in realtà i responsabili di zona assecondano le bugie del posatore, coprendole.
Una volta posati i pannelli, quando è quindi troppo tardi per tornare indietro, viene detto che per poter usufruire della garanzia sul prodotto è necessario utilizzare esclusivamente materiali di loro produzione, sia come intonaco che come pittura, con costi elevatissimi. Il costo del cappotto si vede quindi raddoppiato e per poter uniformare tutte le pareti, e quindi anche quelle senza i pannelli, è necessario utilizzare lo stesso intonaco e la stessa pittura anche su queste ultime.
Sono fortemente amareggiato.

I live in Emilia Romagna and I bought the wood fiber panels from this company. What I would strongly like to point out is an extortionate attitude in which the company comes into play as an active part.
We have been damaged by the agreement between company representatives and unprofessional installers.
There is a lack of control in the laying of the coat, even if in the negotiation phase with the installer the control of the manufacturing company is guaranteed and the issue, as a guarantee, of a certificate that we have never seen. One might then think that the installer is cheating, but in reality the area managers indulge the installer's lies, covering them up.
Once the panels have been installed, when it is too late to go back, it is said that in order to take advantage of the product guarantee it is necessary to use only materials of their production, both as plaster and as paint, with very high costs. The cost of the coat is therefore doubled and in order to standardize all the walls, and therefore also those without the panels, it is necessary to use the same plaster and the same paint on the latter as well.
I am strongly embittered.
