★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales manager is really arrogant, you work in MIUMIU doesn't mean you own those stuff, you are a sales ,you are supposed to sell them, and give me good service, not the 'buy or not i don't care' attitude nor sorry you can't have it ,It's not your decision to make what to sell what not. He doesn't answer the questions, and always playing with his Ipad. Awful as hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of sandals in Milan and they were broken after two time wearing them.. I bring them to the store and they send it to make it repair, after three weeks of waiting I finally received an email telling me they was repaired but arrived to the store they wasn't, they just give them back to me without offering nothing, what a shame (they told me it was impossible to repair).
They was repair four days after by a craft man of milan for 20e. I'll never buy Miu miu again, they couldn't even find an convenant solution for a client who break the shoes after two time (amazing quality).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for the first and was greeted by the staff but I could tell they weren’t keen on helping me out. My cousin and I weren’t dressed like their usual customers. There was other people in the store that were being helped since they looked more the part. The only person that was willing to assist me was this beautiful Naomi Campbell look-alike sales associate. She was super sweet, informative and attentive, nor was she pushy about making a sale. Thanks to her amazing customer service I found a perfume I loved and bought it right then. If you go there, please find her and have her help you out. She honestly makes the shopping experience so much better! Definitely will go back.
