Mittas lo ha risolto perfettamente; non solo, trovando altri problemi (forse più gravi) li ha risolti con professionalità, senza aspettare che si aggravassero costringendomi a spendere altro tempo e denaro. Il tutto fatto con una rapidità inaspettata ed al giusto prezzo. Molto professionale e cordiale, nel caso avessi bisogno ancora di assistenza non esiterò a rivolgermi da Mittas elettronica nonostante sia a 280 km. Consigliato vivamente.
 I had a buzzing problem with a Nad T773 and Mr. Mittas solved it perfectly; not only that, finding other problems (perhaps more serious) he solved them with professionalism, without waiting for them to get worse forcing me to spend more time and money. All done with unexpected speed and at the right price. Very professional and friendly, in case I still need assistance I will not hesitate to contact Mittas Elettronica despite being 280 km away. Highly recommended.

Il pacco è arrivato nel laboratorio di Christos, e dopo due ore era riparato e pronto per essere rispedito. In una nazione di chiacchieroni Mittas rappresenta eccellenza e concretezza. Un laboratorio da proteggere visto l'incerto futuro dell'umanità e della competenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un’informazione per la risoluzione di un problema via sms e sono stato subito ricontattato telefonicamente dal sig Mittas che con una gentilezza e una disponibilità al di fuori dal comune, gentilezza che oramai non siamo più abituati a vedere, ha subito risolto la situazione (nemmeno chi mi ha venduto la Tivoli Model two si è impegnato a consigliarmi su come risolvere il problema). Ho inviato la foto del mio dispositivo su WhatsApp, uno scambio di brevi messaggi e il pensiero è tolto. Grazie sig. Mittas lei è un Professionista serio che ama il suo lavoro e molto onesto. Ottimo centro mi sento di consigliarlo.

Il giorno successivo, SABATO !!!!!! , giorno di chiusura dell'attività sono stato contattato telefonicamente chiedendomi quale fosse il problema e consigliarmi sulle procedure successive per la soluzione di esso. Sono rimasto sconcertato da tanta sollecitudine nella risposta e penso, visti i promo tecnici che ho avuto, di rimanere ancora più sconcertato dalla professionalità tecnica che verrà utilizzata per risolvere il danno. I sent an @mail on Friday night specifying the problem I have on a radio set. The next day, SATURDAY !!!!!! , the day the business was closed, I was contacted by phone asking me what the problem was and advise me on the next procedures for solving it. I was baffled by so much promptness in the response and I think, given the technical promos I had, to be even more bewildered by the technical professionalism that will be used to resolve the damage.
