I had a custom fixed pc made, also including some components that I already had. Excellent work and communication, fast times even if under the Christmas holidays. Last but not least, very competitive price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante io abbia espresso una certa urgenza, aspetto da tre settimane la famosa telefonata "per farti sapere qualcosa". In un altro negozio la risposta hanno saputo darmela in tre minuti.
Ps. Rispetto l'attenzione per la situazione sanitaria.. ma da qui ad invitare insistentemente il cliente a stare fermo a ridosso della porta di uscita e a guardare da lontano il problema del PC per non doverlo toccare (facendo anche sbattere sul tavolo lo schermo che essendo rotto non si reggeva in piedi da solo).. ce ne passa..
Although I have expressed some urgency, I have been waiting for the famous phone call "to let you know something" for three weeks. In another shop they were able to give me the answer in three minutes.
Ps. I respect the attention to the health situation ... but from here to insistently invite the customer to stand still near the exit door and to look at the PC problem from a distance so as not to have to touch it (also making the screen slam on the table which being broken he couldn't stand up on his own) ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di riparare lo schermo del mio PC, il preventivo dell'azienda del computer era una follia (quasi l'equivalente di un PC nuovo) e i tempi erano lunghissimi (1 mese).
Per fortuna da SWD mi è stato fatto un preventivo più che onesto (quasi 1/3 di quello precedente) e mi è stato riparato in pochissimi giorni! A distanza di qualche settimana posso affermare che è tutto perfettamente funzionante ed è come nuovo.
I needed to fix my PC screen, the computer company quote was crazy (almost the equivalent of a new PC) and the times were very long (1 month).
Fortunately, SWD gave me a more than honest quote (almost 1/3 of the previous one) and it was repaired in a few days! After a few weeks I can say that everything is in perfect working order and is as good as new.
