Mi si brucia una sonda del pannello solare, li chiamo per la sostituzione e mi arriva il tecnico che mi da in mano la sonda e mi dice che lui sul tetto non va perché non c'è la linea vita. La mia abitazione non ha l obbligo della linea vita. Cerco di organizzarmi con un furgone con cesta telescopica ma non riusciamo mai a far coincidere le nostre esigenze. Mi organizzo in altro modo e scrivo a Rotex dell accaduto. Mite si lamenta che non dovevo scrivere alla casa madre. Pur avendo ricevuto da loro rassicurazioni che si organizzavano per le operazioni di controllo annuali, ho sempre dovuto chiamarli io ogni anno. Quest anno li chiamo e mi rispondono che non sono più loro i referenti Rotex di zona, sarebbe bastato avvisare con una mail e mi sarei organizzato in altra maniera I state that I only had to contact them because they were Rotex assistance. h	home zero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi dilungo sull'intervento fatto, personale di bassa professionalità, poca conoscenza del prodotto e delle problematiche che si possono verificare in caso di rottura/manutenzione, personale back office e front office superficiali a tratti arroganti e saccenti, prezzi di mercati superiori alla media. E' vero entrano con il calzascarpe ma preferisco la professionalità e l'onestà nei prezzi in base al mercato.
