★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un guasto di una caldaia fuori garanzia mi hanno trattato come un cliente di serie B in quanto non cliente abituale per il controllo dei fumi. Pur non avendo nè acqua calda nè riscaldamento da tutto il we sembrava quasi mi facessero un piacere ad uscire fra almeno 2 o 3 giorni e mi hanno detto di chiamare il tecnico che ha installato. Trattandosi di Centro Assistenza Ufficiale Vaillant direi molto poco professionali.
Called for a failure of an out of warranty boiler they treated me as a series B customer as not a regular customer for smoke control. Despite not having hot water or heating from all over the we almost seemed to make me a pleasure to go out in at least 2 or 3 days and they told me to call the technician who installed it. Being an Official Vaillant Service Center, I would say very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inaffidabile, interpellati per un problema allo scaldabagno hanno diagnosticato per telefono che c'era da sostituire la serpentina e che a quel punto dovevano sostituire lo scaldabagno, non valeva la pena ripararlo dato il costo elevato della "serpentina" costo 200/250 euro, interpellato un altro manutentore è venuto a controllare e ha riscontrato che era semplicemente da pulire!!! La serpentina gode ottima salute..... non lamentatevi se non avete lavoro e chiudete perché nessuno si fida e non vi chiama più!!!!
Unreliable staff, interviewed for a problem with the water heater they diagnosed by phone that there was to replace the coil and that at that point they had to replace the water heater, it was not worth repairing given the high cost of the "coil" cost 200/250 euros, when asked another maintenance technician came to check and found that it was simply to be cleaned !!! The serpentine is in excellent health ..... do not complain if you do not have a job and close because nobody trusts you and does not call you anymore !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da più di vent'anni ho un contratto di manutenzione della caldaia con loro e devo dire che in tutti questi anni non ho mai avuto problemi. I signori sono sempre professionali e puntuali e già questo non è poco, in oltre avendo il contratto alcune uscite di emergenza non si pagano.
For more than twenty years I have had a boiler maintenance contract with them and I must say that in all these years I have never had any problems. The gentlemen are always professional and punctual and this is no small thing, in addition to having the contract some emergency exits are not paid.
