Great experience: people are kind, helpful and nice. They are also competent and advise beginners. The vans drive themselves which is a pleasure, they are cheap and in excellent condition, they are cleaned before and after. Highly recommended, I will go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 giorni fa ho prenotato telefonicamente un furgone a noleggio con l'operatrice per la giornata di oggi 17/02/2022. Oggi mi sono presentato per effettuare il pagamento ma mi è stato risposto che la mia carta non andava bene, nonostante io la usi regolarmente senza mai avere avuto nessun problema. Non ho potuto ritirare il furgone e questo mi è costato tanto, per tutto il lavoro di preparazione fatto a monte. Azienda che non contatterò più.
2 days ago I booked a rental van by phone with the operator for today 17/02/2022. Today I showed up to make the payment but I was told that my card was not good, although I use it regularly without ever having had any problems. I could not collect the van and this cost me a lot, for all the preparation work done upstream. Company that I will not contact again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disaster! Without insurance! For one week I forced to pay 870 euros. End of trip, they made "damage check" and they have registered all little cm damages that was exist before. They forced me to pay 270 euros for this damages. Shame on you!
