Si è prodigato per cercami il pezzo di ricambio, al telefono ho trovato cordialità e professionalità. Era la prima volta che chiamavo ma sembrava di parlare con il "meccanico di fiducia" che ti guida e che ti da i consigli per la tua sicurezza non per il suo guadagno. Preciso che ancora non ho acquistato nulla da lui, il mio giudizio si basa sulla professionalità e la pazienza di una telefonata. Qui ho sentito la cura per il cliente. Grazie Edi!

He called today for a piece of a shock absorber. An availability and a magnificent courtesy. He did his best to look for me the replacement part, the phone I found cordiality and professionalism. It was the first time I called but it seemed to talk to the "trusted mechanic" who guides you and gives you advice for your safety not for his profit. I specify that I have not bought anything from him, my judgment is based on the professionalism and patience of a phone call. Here I felt care for the customer. Thanks Edi!
