Purtroppo mi hanno rovinato il cerchio e, cosa più grave, hanno nascosto il danno quando sono andato a ritirare la gomma. Passerò per chiedere spiegazioni. Ci sono rimasto male, per questa novità discriminatoria essendo un cliente di vecchia data, ma non potevo fare diversamente. Non si possono applicare due tariffe per uno stesso lavoro eseguito su una autovettura, condizionato da una scelta unilaterale della Ditta. È una grande scortesia nei confronti dell'utenza. Discriminatory in the costs of the service because a differentiated price is applied depending on whether the tires are brought by the customer or mounted on those supplied by the Company. I was disappointed with this discriminatory novelty being a long-time customer, but I couldn't do otherwise. It is not possible to apply two tariffs for the same work carried out on a car, conditioned by a unilateral choice of the Company. It is a great rudeness towards users.
