Sto chiedendo, da circa due mesi, un intervento sulla mia FIAT in garanzia , ma vengo continuamente preso in giro e addirittura nell'ultima chiamata, consigliato di recarmi presso altra officina non di Ortona. La macchina è in garanzia e l'officina, esponendo il marchio di "officina autorizzata FIAT", deve, e sottolineo deve, gestire l'anomalia. Probabilmente è una "rogna" come asserito dal meccanico, ma non è un mio problema.
Ho ovviamente provveduto a fare un reclamo ufficiale alla casa madre.

I have been asking for an intervention on my FIAT under warranty for about two months, but I am continually made fun of and even in the last call, advised to go to another workshop not in Ortona. The machine is under warranty and the workshop, displaying the "FIAT authorized workshop" logo, must, and I stress must, manage the anomaly. It is probably a "mange" as claimed by the mechanic, but it is not my problem.
I obviously proceeded to make an official complaint to the parent company.
