★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scusatemi sono stato nel negozio Guess che si trova presso Centro Commerciale Megalo Chieti è potevo usufruire dello sconto di 25 euro o 50 euro în base al mio acquisto. .quindi ho comprato un capo ed ho usufruito dello sconto di 25..questo capo che era un regalo non andava bene quindi sono tornata a cambiare e mi è stato detto che lo sconto non c'è più. .invece lo sconto scade il 5 aprile..mi spiegato questo fatto?le comesse o sono incompetente o non hanno voglia di spiegare bene
Sorry I was in the Guess shop which is located at the Megalo Chieti shopping center and I was able to take advantage of the 25 euro or 50 euro discount on the basis of my purchase. .so I bought a garment and I took advantage of the discount of 25..this garment that was a gift was not going well so I went back to change and I was told that the discount is no longer there. .instead the discount expires on 5 April..explained this to me? the orders are incompetent or do not want to explain well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace molto Guess,ma le commesse di questo centro commerciale (anche grandi quindi non inesperte) hanno avuto la capacità di farmi scappare a gambe levate.. faccio anche io la commessa, ma vendere in modo "forzato" e per obiettivi non ti fa assistere al cliente come merita e il risultato è controproducente.
I really like Guess, but the orders of this mall (even big ones so not inexperienced) have had the ability to make me run like hell ... I also do the job, but selling in a "forced" way and for goals does not make you assist the client as he deserves and the result is counterproductive.

Dire che è stata sgradevole equivale a farle un complimento, anche se è la commessa più anziana e quindi teoricamente dovrebbe avere più esperienza. Non si riprendono le colleghe davanti si clienti ma soprattutto non si risponde in maniera acida e scortese a chi le rivolge una domanda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fantastico ci vado spessissimo soprattutto durante i saldi. Il mio voto però è 5 per il negozio e le commesse tranne una. Ci sono andata settimana scorsa e sono andata subito via, perché una commessa bionda urlava davanti a noi clienti, poi è entrata in quello che credo fosse il magazzino e le sue urla erano davvero assurde, le abbiamo chiesto delle informazioni e ci ha risposto che nn poteva stare dietro a noi...basita. Ammiro invece la tranquillità e la calma di tutto il resto dello staff.
Fantastic shop I go there very often especially during the sales. But my vote is 5 for the shop and the orders except one. I went there last week and I immediately left, because a blonde saleswoman was screaming in front of us customers, then she entered what I think was the warehouse and her screams were really absurd, we asked her for information and she replied that no she could stay behind us ... stunned. Instead, I admire the tranquility and calm of all the rest of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di una scortesia unica, mentre mia moglie stava provando un vestito sono entrato nel camerino con i miei due piccoli dato che di sicuro non avrei potuto lasciarli fuori... Subito sono stato redarguito dal personale in quanto i camerini sono utilizzabili da una persona alla volta. Capisco le regole ma se fossi il gestore di un negozio del genere avrei avuto un atteggiamento più accomodante e commerciale.. tra l'altro il camerino era enorme...mia moglie aveva scelto un abito ma l'ho pregata di posarlo..chi non sa stare in commercio merita di chiudere
Staff of a unique rudeness, while my wife was trying on a dress I entered the dressing room with my two little ones as for sure I could not leave them out ... I was immediately scolded by the staff as the dressing rooms are usable by one person at the time. I understand the rules but if I were the manager of such a shop I would have had a more accommodating and commercial attitude .. among other things the dressing room was huge ... my wife had chosen a dress but I asked her to put it down .. who does not know how to stay in the market deserves to close
