Modica è stupenda e con questa casa vacanze la si apprezza molto di più:pulita, ben attrezzata, strategicamente posizionata, vista superlativa sul duomo, scala che ti porta direttamente sulla via principale, host disponibilissimo.... Non potevamo chiedere di più! Wonderful place! Modica is wonderful and with this holiday home you can appreciate it much more: clean, well equipped, strategically positioned, superlative view on the cathedral, staircase that takes you directly to the main street, extremely available host .... We could not ask for more!

Amo i suoi mobili antichi, la sua grotta e soprattutto la sua terrazza dove vedi una città unica piena di storia. Il titolare Luigi e' stata una persona carinissima, ci e' venuto a prendere perché ci siamo persi e ci ha consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti. Consiglio la sua casa per la posizione, parcheggio , per la vicinanza a Corso Umberto e soprattutto per la sua spettacolare terrazza. Grazie Luigi per tutto , ritorneremo presto. I don't know who Mimma is, but seeing this house made me imagine a lady with a story to tell ... I love its antique furniture, its cave and especially its terrace where you see a unique city full of history. The owner Luigi was a very nice person, he picked us up because we got lost and recommended some excellent restaurants. I recommend his house for the location, parking, proximity to Corso Umberto and above all for its spectacular terrace. Thanks Luigi for everything, we will be back soon.
A	Alexis Lanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay here was incredible. First off, the atmosphere of the whole town was just absolutely amazing. You can feel the rich history the town holds. The house was perfectly accommodating. The walk up to the house was beautiful and filled with ancient architecture. The house is gorgeous and spotless. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Luigi was an amazing host. Anything we needed, he was always available to help. He also gave great advice on places to go see and eat. I absolutely would come here again and would recommend coming here.
S	Steven Hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay in Modica, lovely apartment with spectacular views. A large apartment, big enough for 4 People with a great terrace overlooking Modica. Great base to explore the city and surrounding areas. Be prepared to walk, it's a steep walk up and down with a lot of steps if you don't want to drive, but well worth it. Leave the care and explore this beautiful Baroque city on food especially at night when it really comes to life.
