D	Daniel Franzoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo arrivato con un'ora di ritardo, alla mia prima chiamata per chiedere spiegazioni, hanno risposto che stava arrivando, dopo scopro direttamente dal rider che avevano sbagliato indirizzo ed era dall'altra parte della città, chiamo allora nuovamente il negozio e mi dicono che sarebbe arrivato in 10 minuti, peccato il rider fosse in giro da 40 minuti e quindi il cibo freddo, nel momento in cui glielo faccio notare, mi attaccano il telefono in faccia. Cibo arrivato ovviamente freddo e si sono degnati almeno di non farci pagare la consegna, ma non è sufficiente per un disservizio del genere. Dovrebbero chiudere. Food arrived an hour late, on my first call to ask for explanations, they replied that it was coming, then I find out directly from the rider that they had the wrong address and it was on the other side of the city, then I call the shop again and they tell me that it would arrive in 10 minutes, too bad the rider had been around for 40 minutes and then the cold food, the moment I point it out, they stick the phone in my face. Food obviously arrived cold and they at least deigned not to charge us for the delivery, but it is not enough for such a disservice. They should close.

Successivamente richiamo e dicono che non porteranno l'ordine, mi chiudono il telefono in faccia e non rispondono al mio numero. Richiamo con altri numeri e mi parlano in malo modo. Il cibo era freddo e duro. Ordered through uber eats, arrived two hours early. On the phone they say to bring it back at the appointed time, obviously they didn't. Then I call back and they say they won't bring the order, they close the phone in my face and don't answer my number. I call back with other numbers and they speak badly to me. The food was cold and hard.

Per le verdure, oltre al classico pomodoro , cavolo ecc a disposizione anche delle ottime verdure grigliate/ marinate quindi con l'opportunità di gustare un panino diverso dal solito. Personale veloce, gentile e molto disponibile. Locale nuovo, pulito e ordinato. Davvero consigliato a Novara. Really well done kebab sandwich. Filling rich in both meat and vegetables. Consigliatissimo il piatto di grigliata mista, con un riso orientale davvero gustoso e saporito! Uno dei migliori kebab di Novara senza dubbio A kebab that really surprised me.
