Le persone presenti in filiale gestiscono pratiche per una moltitudine di persone e fanno da tramite tra lavoratore somministrato e datore di lavoro che, nel momento in cui si firma un contratto, non è l'azienda in cui si andrà a lavorare, bensì l'agenzia stessa.
Per mutue o assenze di altra natura si deve avvisare tempestivamente l'agenzia e non solo l'azienda.
Per esperienza personale mi sento di aggiungere che, per problematiche interne inerenti il luogo di lavoro, il personale in filiale è sempre disposto all'ascolto e al dialogo e saprà certamente darvi indicazioni su come procedere.

For mutual benefits or absences of any other nature, the agency and not just the company must be promptly notified.
From personal experience I would like to add that, for internal problems inherent in the workplace, the staff in the branch is always willing to listen and to dialogue and will certainly be able to give you indications on how to proceed.
