Poi giustamente nella pizza non c'è solo la pasta ma anche gli ingredienti. Tutti ottimi. Io sono per la pizza classica vale a dire napoletana ma Gino riesce veramente a fare ottimi abbinamenti seppur a volte secondo il mio modesto parere esce fuori dal seminato dalla classica pizza. Però giustamente bisogna scoprire nuovi gusti. Excellent pizza but we certainly can't say less thanks to Gino, a scholar of flour and leavening. Seeing him at work is a joy for the eyes. Il tiramisù assolutamente da bocciare: uno strato di 15 cm di mascarpone stucchevole su un misero strato di savoiardi poco bagnati. La presentazione non è male, ma era troppo sproporzionato nel gusto. Il servizio è un po' lento soprattutto nel prendere le ordinazioni. La cosa peggiore, in ogni caso, è stato il comportamento del personale: uno di loro ha fatto cadere un bicchiere di vetro che per poco non ha colpito il viso della mia amica (sui suoi vestiti si sono depositate parecchie schegge) e nessuno si è preoccupato di chiedere come stesse o se si fosse fatta male, nessuno ha chiesto scusa, nessuno ha pensato di farsi perdonare facendo uno sconto, hanno semplicemente fatto finta di niente. Ho portato dei campani che hanno apprezzato, quindi nn facile esame. Locale molto curato, personale di sala preparato e direttore di sala/proprietario che conosce tempi e modi e ritengo sia un ottimo valore aggiunto. Se andate consiglio anche delle ottime e sfiziose bruschette. Non ho assaggiato nulla della "cucina" sarà motivo di nuova visita. Well done !!!
