Dopo aver prenotato per 10 persone per martedì 19 aprile a pranzo, tra le quali una bambina di 4 anni, sono arrivato sul posto e il locale era chiuso. Premetto che al momento della prenotazione, essendo il giorno successivo a due festivi (Pasqua e Pasquetta) chi mi ha risposto ha chiesto conferma direttamente allo chef che ha confermato l'apertura e hanno voluto il nominativo e il numero di cellulare. Comportamento non professionale e irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente. In tanti anni di frequentazione di locali è la prima volta che mi succede.
Unfortunately I cannot judge the food or the service but I want to share this experience. After booking for 10 people for Tuesday 19 April for lunch, including a 4-year-old girl, I arrived on the spot and the place was closed. I state that at the time of booking, being the day after two holidays (Easter and Easter Monday), those who answered me asked for confirmation directly from the chef who confirmed the opening and wanted the name and mobile number. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards the customer. In many years of frequenting clubs, this is the first time that has happened to me.
