Mi hanno detto che il danno è per usura e di non convenienza la riparazione... Di aspettare che la lavatrice (acquistata oltre 15 anni fa) termini di funzionare. Non si sono nemmeno presi l'onere della chiamata. Prodotti Miele di ottima qualità.... Fin ad ora cambiata solo la scheda che si era bruciata per sbalzo di tensione. Sto scrivendo un po’ in ritardo la mia recensione dopo tre settimane di avvenuta assistenza. il tecnico Alessandro è venuto la prima volta per verificare con attenzione la rottura della mia lavatrice, successivamente mi ha contattato per comunicarmi una buona notizia ed offrirmi completa sostituzione della macchina con lo sconto dalla parte della azienda Miele Italia S.r.l., ovviamente ho approfittato per l’occasione e abbiamo ordinato, sempre con un consiglio di Alessandro una lavatrice da 9 kg, prima avevo da 7 kg. Vorrei ringraziare lo staff di Salvo’ Francesco, la segretaria Alice sono stati molto tempestivi risolvendomi il problema.
