Chiamo ufficio suo e una signora mi dice che non trattano Indesit. Ma io vi indicato marca elettrodomestico nel vostro modulo. Rispondete e avvertite.

Le ho spiegato il problema e lei con professionalità mi ha spiegato la problematica e mi ha suggerito, come sbloccare la lavastoviglie e alcuni test da fare per capire bene la causa del problema. E' stata davvero brava e disponibile. Il massimo delle stelle per avermi risolto il problema con professionalità, conoscenza e puntualità. Grazie!
I needed assistance with a dishwasher problem and the lady answering the phone was really nice and helpful. I explained the problem to her and she professionally explained the problem to me and suggested how to unlock the dishwasher and some tests to do to understand the cause of the problem. She was really good and helpful. The best of the stars for solving my problem with professionalism, knowledge and punctuality. Thank you!
