★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio veramente pagato una pompa di scarico lavatrice indesit 38 euro che costa in realtà 15 euro. Ladri, ladri non comprate più da questi!!
 I really do not recommend paying an indesit washing machine drain pump 38 euros which actually costs 15 euros. Thieves, thieves don't buy from them anymore !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, sono venuti a casa a vedere il frigo Wirpool cosa aveva( parliamo di un frigo il cui costo è 5000,00 euro)e dopo una sbirciatina ,senza smontare nulla, il "tecnico" dice che c'è da cambiare un relè, la scheda elettronica e il tutto sarebbe costato circa 450 euro( ho detto va bene) ma mide che verrà il giorno dopo per installare tutto.bene,x farla breve, sono passati 38 giorni e dopo innumerevoli solleciti,mi hanno detto che ancora doveva arrivare un pezzo dalla casa madre.
Alla fine mi sn dovuto rivolgere da un'altro rivenditore il quale con 120 euro ha fatto tutto.
Se posso consigliarvi NN ANDATE da ATLAS VENETA. PESSIMA AZIENDA E POCO SERIA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semplicemente non fanno assistenza. Interpellati nel luglio 2021, usciti in ottobre 2021 ed intervenuti con una "sostituzione" di un componente. Nel dicembre del 2021 il prodotto ha avuto lo stesso problema e, usciti nuovamente, si sono rifiutati di prelevare l'elettrodomestico.
A mio parere non ha nemmeno senso chiamare un servizio del genere "assistenza".

In my opinion it does not even make sense to call such a service "assistance".
