 Spare parts and service shop. In my case I needed a Rowenta replacement and I found it, but a little expensive, compared to the price list on the parent company's website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più. Per una banale manutenzione alla macchina del caffè ho atteso 20 gg prima che iniziassero a guardarla. Dovrebbero avvisare prima delle tempistiche, snobbando i clienti privati, e facendo sfigurare prestigiosi marchi di cui hanno assistenza.
Never again. For a trivial maintenance on the coffee machine I waited 20 days before they started looking at it. They should warn ahead of time, snub private customers, and disfigure prestigious brands they support.

I've been here for an iron repair. Very nice and professional people. They also gave me a temporary iron while waiting for mine to be fixed.

there is little control and not much assistance in case of theft only one guy was courteous none of the management if mentioned.
