★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disorganizzato. Servizi igienici decisamente non all'altezza delle normative anti-Covid. Due ore di attesa per un grigliata MAI ARRIVATA (dalla cucina il cuoco riferiva che il pesce si stava scongelando!).
Leggendo poi gli altri commenti... sale fortemente il "sospetto" di un diverso trattamento tra locali e "foresti".
Abbiamo pagato il bere e l'antipasto e ci siamo rifugiati in gelateria!
1 stella per l'antipasto.
 Disorganized staff. Toilets definitely not up to the anti-Covid regulations. Two hours of waiting for a barbecue NEVER ARRIVED (from the kitchen the cook reported that the fish was defrosting!).
Then reading the other comments ... the "suspicion" of a different treatment between locals and "strangers" rises strongly.
We paid for the drink and the appetizer and took refuge in the ice cream parlor!
1 star for the appetizer.

Illusi dall'antipasto (una buona frittura di pesce arrivata dopo 10 minuti) e dell'accoglienza della cameriera che, correttamente al momento dell'ordine ci ha informato dell'impossibilità di portarci le tartare per mancanza di pesce fresco causa maltempo, abbiamo atteso invano ben 2 ore per 2 grigliate di pesce e 1 tagliata.
Dopo l'ennesimo "é in preparazione" e passata la fame, abbiamo deciso di saldare il conto (alquanto salato per il servizio fornito) e andarcene.
P.s. Al momento del pagamento, la proprietaria insisteva ancora nel dirci che la ns. Comanda era "in preparazione"

Deluded by the appetizer (a good fried fish arrived after 10 minutes) and by the welcome of the waitress who, correctly when ordering, informed us of the impossibility of bringing us the tartare due to lack of fresh fish due to bad weather, we waited in vain 2 hours for 2 grilled fish and 1 sliced fish.
After yet another "is in preparation" and the hunger passed, we decided to settle the bill (somewhat salty for the service provided) and leave.
P.s. At the time of payment, the owner still insisted on telling us that our Command was "in preparation"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dirlo, però questo è un posto da evitare. 45 minuti - 1 ora ad aspettare un antipasto, che quando finalmente era arrivato le vongole erano andate a male.
Il personale disorganizzato. Ordini il vino, ma non te lo portano. Lo devi chiedere di nuovo. Te lo portano, ma senza i bicchieri. Devi chiedere pure quelli un'altra volta. Dopo l'antipasto un'ora d'attesa per il piatto principale. Sono arrivati solo 20minuti dopo che abbiamo chiesto se arrivavano o meno. Credo che avevano cominciato a preparare solo quando li abbiamo sollecitati. Eravamo già pronti per andarcene. I piatti non erano male, tranne le vongole ?, però 2 ore e mezza per una cena anche no.
Tutti i clienti in giro più o meno nella stessa situazione. Tranne le pizze che uscivano abbastanza veloce.
Pure il conto caruccio per il servizio e la qualità. Non ci torneremo di sicuro.

Disorganized staff. You order wine, but they don't bring it to you. You have to ask again. They bring it to you, but without the glasses. You have to ask for those as well again. After the appetizer an hour of waiting for the main dish. They only arrived 20mins after we asked if they were coming or not. I think they only started preparing when we asked them. We were ready to leave. The dishes were not bad, except the clams ?, but 2 and a half hours for a dinner also not.
All customers around in more or less the same situation. Except the pizzas which came out pretty fast.
Pure bill pricey for service and quality. We will not go back for sure.

Si mangia molto bene sia come menu a base di pesce che di carne. Personale qualificato ed educato . Il servizio è velocissimo ed il prezzo è nella norma dei locali situati in quella zona lì
Beautiful place, I went on vacation a week ago and the setting is spectacular. Having dinner sitting on the promenade of Mazara del Vallo is something unique. It is eaten very well both as a fish and meat menu. Qualified and polite staff. The service is very fast and the price is within the norm of the premises located in that area there

Unfortunately had a really disappointing experience which was a shame as I was on business trip with my colleague writing a cooking book and were really excited about a local Italian spot as we love Italian food! and our parents came from Sicily. The Carbonara was awful, I had it better in London where chefs make it with pancetta and pecorino. It was too creamy, sour and no pancetta at all. The Busiata with seafood was redicoulsily oily and made with shells only, chef forgot the rest in the sea. On the top of it, customer service was poor and slow. I had to wait ages to get 2 pasta. I asked for my order more than 2 times, no one cared. I had to call the person in charge for my orders. Mistakes happen, but you have to be clever to sort it out soon as Customer comes first!
A shame as there’s nothing worse then paying for food you don’t enjoy. I do really not recommand this place
