★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent! This is a one place you simply must visit if you're only for a day in Mazara. You shouldn't miss it. The statue is amazing and the discovery story as well as preservation are compelling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This museum is all about the satyr statue which is extraordinary and very well displayed. A good focal point to get you to mazara which is an extremely interesting town with Norman and baroque architecture, active fishing harbor, arts community and kasbah.. Note the movie in the museum is very long and pretty repetitious but worth watching for a while

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bronze statue. The shape is very particular and the story behind that is fascinating. The rest of the museum is composed of a few pieces with not so much value. The entrance fee is 6 euros
