β β β β β No menu outside nor on restaurant web site. The only restaurant the waiters are solicitating patrons to dine there. Location is good, not noisy or busy as restaurant on the broadwalk. There are discounts at some hours when reserving with the fork. Open late.

β β β β β Nice setting but ... allow for more time as service is slow, very slow indeed... The owner claims it is because the restaurant prepares food expressly when ordered; however, my experience is that it took 1.5hours to get some spaghetti ... a bit too much in an almost empty restaurant...

β β β β β Lovely experience well worth a 5 star rating. Food was beautifully cooked and prepared with slight twists on local fresh cuisine. Totally reasonable price for top quality food! The location was amazing in front of the beautiful cathedral/palace and set just off the street in a way that was ideal for eating yet also for enjoying the surrounding atmosphere!
The owner(Mr G, grazie ancora!) who was more than informative on the plates cooked was omnipresent and warm, yet kept a professional distance! Fantastic experience all in all-highly reccomended! If yere on the fence this is a safe bet for little cost.

β β β β β Mazara prawns is what brought us to Mazara del Vallo. Altavilla Ristorante will be bringing us back.
This restaurant is conveniently located near the beach and main tourist attractions.
The experience left us feeling that we were dining at the Ritz. The attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were very attentive to all our needs, friendly and highly professional.
The time had come, we got to sample the famous gambero rosso (red prawns), crudo (raw) and cotto (cooked). They were absolutely worth the drive from Palermo. Rich creamy flavours that simply melted in our mouths.
The rest of the seafood that we tried in this establishment was equally enjoyable. Extremely fresh, delectable and what we considered to be great value for the style and setting of the restaurant.
Highly recommended.
