★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' incredibile. Decine di telefonate alla Sede Italia per avere informazioini di natura tecnica e mai alcuna risposta. Il risponditore automatico ti assicura di aver inoltrato la chiamata ma dopo circa un minuto di attesa la linea cade. Complimenti, acquisterò climatizzatori di altra marca.
 It's incredible. Dozens of phone calls to the Italy office for technical information and never any response. The auto responder ensures you have forwarded the call but after about a minute of waiting the line drops. Congratulations, I will buy air conditioners from other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impianto canalizzato si rompe dopo due ore di utilizzo. Hanno già sostituito schede e anche intera macchina esterna e pure quella interna. Siamo punto a capo. Ancora guasta dopo due ore di esercizio. Assistenza in garanzia inesistente, mille scuse politica aziendale volta a prendere in giro il cliente. Assistenza post vendita scandalosa. Mi sono costati oltre 10k fra bck e wht e non vanno. Mai e poi mai !
Ducted system breaks after two hours of use. They have already replaced cards and also the entire external machine and the internal one as well. We are point to head. Still broken after two hours of operation. Warranty assistance non-existent, a thousand excuses company policy aimed at making fun of the customer. Scandalous after-sales assistance. They cost me over 10k between bck and wht and they don't go. Ever and never !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza con un koolking, dopo 2 anni si rompe chiamo assistenza di Bologna (io abito a modena)vengono dopo una settimana e mi dicono che l'unità fuori è rotta! Dico per fortuna ho fatto in tempo e ancora in garanzia ma sorpresa devo aspettare altri 10 giorni che arrivi dalla casa madre, se tutto va bene! Vergogna!
Bad experience with a koolking, after 2 years it breaks down I call assistance from Bologna (I live in Modena) they come after a week and they tell me that the unit outside is broken! I say luckily I made it on time and still under warranty but surprise I have to wait another 10 days for it to arrive from the parent company, if all goes well! Shame!

Beautiful products !! I bought a steam oven, a refrigerator and an induction hob + air conditioning system for the whole house. The vents they have installed for me are very beautiful. Fantastic price / quality ratio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza inesistente! Rimbalzato continuamente dal call center all'assistenza tramite email senza concludere nulla. Il call center dice di mandare un'email. Rispondono all'email dicendo di chiamare il call center e così via. Alla fine ho deciso di buttare la lavatrice!!! Chiaramente non acquisterò più un prodotto di questa marca!!!
Non-existent assistance! Bounced continuously from the call center to email support without getting anything done. The call center says to send an email. They reply to the email saying to call the call center and so on. In the end I decided to throw away the washing machine !!! Clearly I will not buy a product of this brand again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato n.ro 2 condizionatori 9000 btu modello Breezeless, al momento sono molto soddisfatto. Sto testando i condizionatori in questi giorni dove le temperature al Sud italia raggiungono valori di 40°C, le due macchine installate una in cucina e l'altra in camera da letto funzionano davvero bene. Comodissima la modalità Breezeless, anche se inizialmente ho avuto necessità di tempo x capire il suo funzionamento ma grazie al validissimo supporto del mio installatore di zona e quello di Midea Italia adesso è tutto chiaro. Consiglierei però di riportare qualche info un pò meglio dettagliata nel manuale utente su come e quando interviene la modalità Breezeeles.

I am testing air conditioners these days where temperatures in Southern Italy reach values of 40 ° C, the two machines installed one in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom work really well. The Breezeless mode is very comfortable, even if initially I needed time to understand how it works, but thanks to the very valid support of my local installer and that of Midea Italia, everything is now clear. However, I would recommend to report some info a little better detailed in the user manual on how and when the Breezeeles mode intervenes.
