★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato più volte per avere informazioni che riguardano una macchina acquistata, mi hanno detto di lasciare i miei recapiti per essere poi ricontattato e quindi ottenere le informazioni pertinenti, e sono 2 mesi (se non di più) che aspetto loro risposta per email o per telefono. Assistenza telefonica zero, spero che almeno l'assistenza stradale funzioni.
I have called several times to get information about a purchased machine, they told me to leave my contact details to be contacted and then get the relevant information, and it's 2 months (if not more) that I wait for their reply by email or phone. Zero phone support, I hope at least roadside assistance works.

Ebbene, anche la casa madre ( sede italiana almeno ) non si smentisce: sul sito scrivono che si ottiene risposta entro 24 ore ma io non ho mai ottenuto alcun cenno di vita. Pessima testimonianza di cura e rispetto verso la clientela
I send a complaint email to report that no fewer than 2 dealers have ever responded to my requests for information. Well, even the parent company (at least Italian headquarters) does not deny: on the site they write that you get an answer within 24 hours but I never got any sign of life. Bad testimony of care and respect towards customers
