★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire....comprato auto nuova (Mitsubishi L200) a fine ottobre 2016. Il 20/03/2017 mi si accende la spia rossa dell'airbag. La porto alla concessionaria autorizzata Melegari di Parma che riscontrano il difetto di fabbrica nel cablaggio airbag, riconoscono la garanzia e fanno partire l'ordine per il ricambio. Contattato Koelliker per avere spiegazioni non fanno altro che dirmi che il pezzo sarà disponibile a a metà giugno e sino a tale data io mi devo arrangiare perchè la Mitsubishi Italia non prevede auto sostitutiva. Sottolineo che la macchina è stata acquistata per lavoro (sono geologo e ho bisogno di un fuoristrada), fatturata regolarmente ed utilizzata come mezzo da lavoro. TRE MESI DI FERMO MACCHINA PER UN MEZZO NUOVO (16mila km circa) E NESSUNA ASSISTENZA DA MITSUBISHI - KOELLIKER. VERGOGNA!!!!!!!

What can I say .... bought a new car (Mitsubishi L200) at the end of October 2016. On 20/03/2017 the red light of the airbag lights up. I bring it to the authorized Melegari dealer in Parma who find the factory defect in the airbag wiring, recognize the guarantee and start the order for the replacement. Contacted Koelliker for explanations, all they do is tell me that the piece will be available in mid-June and until that date I have to get by because Mitsubishi Italia does not provide a replacement car. I emphasize that the car was purchased for work (I am a geologist and I need an off-road vehicle), invoiced regularly and used as a work vehicle. THREE MONTHS OF STOPPING THE MACHINE FOR A FRESH (16 thousand km) AND NO ASSISTANCE FROM MITSUBISHI - KOELLIKER. SHAME!!!!!!!
